Who We Are

Grace Church is a loving community in the heart of Windsor, with a growing congregation drawn from the town and further afield. There are people of all ages, from many nations (17 at the last count!) and from all sorts of church backgrounds.

We take seriously our calling to be a church family, encouraging one another in the good times and the bad, and using our God-given gifts to serve the wider body.

We love seeing the Holy Spirit work powerfully amongst us as the Bible is faithfully taught, and seek to offer up authentic worship – in praise and prayer as we gather, and in fruitful, obedient lives out in the world.

We believe the good news of Jesus really is for everyone, and so do all we can to offer a grace-filled welcome and to hold out the hope of Christ.

Our Basis of Faith consists of the Thirty-Nine Articles of the Church of England and the Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith

Our Story

It all began in 2014 with a small group of evangelical Christians who lived in Windsor and Eton, but were traveling elsewhere for church. Under the guidance of St Mary’s Maidenhead and Latimer Minster, regular gatherings began to take place for prayer and fellowship. As momentum grew, a clear vision emerged to plant a Gospel church in our town where Christians would mature in faith and be equipped to be a light and blessing to the wider community. Soon after the Windsor Fellowship was officially launched.

Ten years on, by God’s grace and provision, through ups and downs, our church has grown and become more firmly established. To mark this, in 2024 we adopted a new name, Grace Church Windsor, and are delighted to have joined the Anglican Mission in England (AMiE), which is part of the worldwide GAFCON movement. We pray these developments will help us press on, under God, in pursuing our core vision. Come and join us!
